Message	I would remove the upper timing belt covers and let the car run just to verify the oil is or isn't coming from the cam seals or the vtc gears. You have to remove them anyway. My 91 had oil all over the bottom and I thought it might be the crank seal untill I pulled the covers. I replaced my cam seals only to find out it was my VTC gears leaking from behind. Good luck.
